認知障礙症照顧者網絡 此平台專為認知障礙症照顧者彼此交流而設。

隨著人口老化，認知障礙症患病人數將急劇增加。葵青民政事務處聯同本會開展醫家(e+)行動 - 認知障礙症社區支援服務，以加強社區對認知障礙症的認知；及早發現患者；並為患者及家人提供實質支援。計劃會透過流動健康檢測站於社區尋找隱藏認知障礙症患者。確診後計劃亦會為患者提供適切的醫療及家居支援服務，從而幫助他們控制病情、舒緩症狀，並讓他們及早得到妥善的照顧和支援。
