因應宏福苑火災事故，救世軍作出以下緊急支援：

1. 救世軍大埔青少年綜合服務 將通宵開放單位 (大埔大元邨泰民樓3樓301至306室），受火災影響的居民可前往暫避休息，查詢電話26672913。

2. 救世軍大埔長者社區服務中心今晚將延展服務時段，通宵看顧有需要長者及支援護老者，有需要人士可親臨或致電中心。
地址：大埔鄉事會街2號大埔社區中心二樓；電話：26536811。

3. 救世軍軍官已在救世軍上述兩個大埔單位作緊急及情緒支援。

4. 救世軍循環再用計劃已發送大人及小孩冬衣、襪、拖鞋、鞋等到救世軍大埔青少年綜合服務。
