The Alliance of Overseas Filipinos for Change (AOFC) is a Hong Kong-based NGO that seeks to help overseas Filipinos in a variety of ways. These include directly assisting needy OFWs if it can, arranging their assistance by relevant government agencies, holding conferences and/or seminars so senior government officials can address problematic OFW issues and even arranging livelihood support to needy OFW families in the Philippines.
