[2025/26 Orientation Camp]

The orientation camp for the 10th cohort of Boundless was successfully held from Dec 27 to Dec 29, 2025. During our camp, mentees got a chance to join team-building games, detective games and engage in a reflective session on their life journey. Through exchanging ideas between their peers, mentors and committee members, the 10th cohort family has fostered deeper connections during this three-day adventure. 🌟

[2025/26 Kick-off Ceremony & Orientation Day]
On November 15, 2025, twenty-one mentees from the 10th Boundless cohort began a new chapter in the Boundless journey. Through inspirational sharing by guests and interactive orientation sessions, mentors and mentees seized the opportunity to delve deeper into one another and define their goals for the upcoming year.

We express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Peter Ho (General Secretary of the YMCA of Hong Kong) and one of our co-founder Kenny for their encouraging speeches. We would also like to extend our appreciation to AS Team committee member Ally for her valuable insights from the UK. Their shared wisdom has paved the way for our flourishing learning journey.

Moreover, we would like to acknowledge the valuable contributions of two mentees from the 9th cohort, Crystal and Sally, who generously shared their experiences and personal growth. Their stories have inspired and motivated us.

As we embark on this exciting year, we wish everyone the very best in our endeavors. Fly high, fly far. 🦋 ✨

[2025/26開幕典禮暨迎新日]
第十屆Boundless的21位學員於2025年11月15日正式展開他們的旅程。透過嘉賓具有啟發性的分享和迎新日，導師和學員們有了寶貴的機會彼此了解，並共同為來年的目標奠定基礎。

我們衷心感謝香港基督教青年會（The YMCA of Hong Kong）總幹事何先生，以及我們的創辦人之一 Kenny 的鼓舞人心的致辭。我們也特別感謝身在英國的籌委成員Ally，她提供的寶貴見解進一步豐富了學員的學習體驗。

同時，我們要感謝第九屆的兩位學生Crystal 和 Sally，他們慷慨分享了自己的成長經歷和收穫，我們所有人都深受啟發與激勵。

在這令人興奮的一年裡，我們祝願今屆每一位學生都能勇往直前，展翅高飛。🦋 ✨

Boundless is inviting you to join the upcoming Overseas Study Webinar organised by the Admission Support Team of Boundless. This year, we are honoured to have guest speakers from universities spread across the globe, including students from 🇦🇺University of Technology Sydney, 🇨🇦University of Toronto, 🇬🇧The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of Manchester and 🇺🇸University of California, Los Angeles. They will share in-person experiences of living and studying in prestigious universities overseas and comprehensive information about the application processes in various countries.

✅ Learn about real-life experiences and insights on living and studying abroad from our student guests

[Overseas Service Trip - Cultural Exchange] 🌎

One of the highly anticipated events in Boundless, the overseas service trip, took us to Vietnam from July 28 to August 2, 2025!🇻🇳

A significant focus of this journey was cultural exchange. 💬Upon our arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, we were warmly welcomed by the Vietnam YMCA. The welcome dinner was held at a local restaurant, where we shared authentic local dishes together.🍜 The Vietnamese volunteers introduced us to their culture, covering the Vietnamese language and cultural norms. We all had a delightful night together.

On the third morning, we visited Van Lang University for a campus tour and a cultural exchange session with local students. Our mentees introduced a traditional Hong Kong art heritage— minibus signs crafting —allowing the Vietnamese students to experience this unique cultural practice. 🎨

Boundless 的海外交流活動於 2025年7月28日 至8月2日間，來到越南！🇻🇳

這次旅程的重點在於海外義工服務，學生們在當地的孤兒院和慈善餐廳展開意義不凡的活動。❣️

旅程的另一個重點是文化交流。💬 我們抵達胡志明市後，越南YMCA熱情地迎接了我們。歡迎晚宴在一家當地餐廳舉行，大家一同品嚐了地道越南美食。🍜 越南義工向我們介紹了他們的文化，包括越南語和文化！我們渡過了愉快的晚上

在第三天早上，我們參觀了文朗大學，在校園導覽後與當地學生進行了文化交流環節。我們的學生介紹了一項香港的文化傳統——小巴牌製作，讓越南學生體驗這一獨特的文化手藝。🎨

[Overseas Service Trip - Service Day] 🌎

One of the highly anticipated events in Boundless, the overseas service trip, took us to Vietnam from July 28 to August 2, 2025!🇻🇳

The focus of this journey was overseas service, in which our mentees engaged in meaningful activities at local charity homes and soup kitchen.❣️

At the soup kitchen, Smile restaurant, they helped prepare meals. From preparing the ingredients to arranging the final dishes, they provided hands-on support to the staff. During the lunch period, they assisted with the operation, ensuring that vulnerable people in Ho Chi Minh City could enjoy a heartwarming lunch.

In addition, they organised two days of interactive activities, bringing joy and learning opportunities to the local children.🥳

On the first day at Charity home, they helped take care of the children by feeding them and giving them gentle massages. They also designed engaging activities to bring joy. Another day at Friends for Street Children NGO, they taught the children basic English through songs and games.

Throughout this journey, we witnessed the growth of our mentees and felt the deep connections they formed with the local community.🌟 We believe this experience will become a valuable part of their lives, motivating them to continuously serve society in the future.🙌🏻

Moving forward, Boundless will uphold this mission, empowering our mentees to learn and grow within different cultures.🦋

Boundless 的海外交流活動於 2025年7月28日至8月2日間來到越南！🇻🇳

這次旅程的重點在於海外義工服務，學生們在當地的孤兒院和慈善餐廳展開了意義不凡的活動。❣️

他們幫忙工作人員準備膳食，包括準備食材及擺盤。在午餐期間，他們協助運營，讓社區中有需要的群體能享用到溫暖的午餐。

除此之外，學生們還精心準備了兩天的互動活動，為當地的小孩帶來歡樂與學習機會。🥳

第一天，他們來到孤兒院，通過餵食和輕柔的按摩去照顧孩子們，還設計了有趣的活動讓孩子們樂在其中。而另一天，他們來到Street Children，用英語兒歌和小遊戲教導孩子們基礎英文。

在這趟旅程中，Boundless 不僅見證了學生們的成長，還感受到他們與當地社區之間的深厚連結。🌟我們相信，這段經歷將成為他們人生中寶貴的財富，激勵他們未來繼續服務社會。🙌🏻

展望未來，Boundless 將繼續秉持這份使命，讓學生們能夠在不同的文化中學習與成長。🦋

6️⃣ Overseas Service Trip (or Local Service Project)

To cultivate participants’ collaboration and communication skills and the heart to serve, Boundless will provide overseas volunteering opportunities and different resources for participants to brainstorm, prepare and execute the service.
During the pandemic, although they could not go overseas for voluntary service, they worked on different social issues and tried to help by organizing events using limited resources and unlimited creativity.
This year, Boundless organized the third overseas service trip to Vietnam after the pandemic, and participants had the chance to serve the local community there and experience the Vietnamese culture to broaden their horizons.

4️⃣ Academic Exploration Days

Boundless will organise academic exploration days for mentees. This gives mentees a chance to learn about various universities and get a comprehensive perspective on academics and university life. The participants also will have chances to explore different popular programmes, ranging from dentistry to law, or medic to journalism.
We hope that the academic exploration day could help them to make decisions effectively when they are deciding their desired programmes.
