A big thank you to HKT for the warm welcome and thoughtful arrangements! Our group of over 40 students from Cybersecurity, Electronics, Computer Science, Data Science & AI, and Business had a fantastic visit to the PCCW HKT headquarters. We appreciated the insights shared by HKT professionals and HKMU alumni currently working at HKT. The mock interviews and heartfelt discussions about career paths were invaluable for our students. Looking forward to more collaborative opportunities!

Speaker: Prof. Ricky Kwok is the VP (Research & Institutional Advancement) at Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU). He is an IEEE Fellow for his contributions to resource scheduling algorithms in parallel and distributed systems, and an IET Fellow. He is a researcher in efficient communication protocols and distributed mobile computing, and is among the top 2% most influential researchers worldwide in networking and telecommunications (Stanford University dataset).
