Participants must take on this challenge and ride individually. The organiser does not organise, promote or assist in any form of public meeting, gathering or procession. All participants must comply with all Hong Kong laws and regulations.

The 2027 RHK 400km BRM R1 hosted by Randonneurs Hong Kong will be held on 14 -15 November, 2026.
***Participant must provide a BRM300 or longer homologation together with date which obtained between 2023 and 2027 during registration, Participant be at least 18 years old and purchase personal accident insurance independently.***
Registration Date & Time: 14 October 2026, 8:00 PM to 8 November 2026, 1200 PM
Registration Method: Online registration; the URL will be published on this page promptly at the specified time.
Quota: 100 participants (first-come, first-served until full)
Registration Fee: HK$150 (Visa/Master card only)
(Participants who complete the ride within the time limit will be awarded ACP’s homologation. Additionally, a completion medal can be purchased at the participant’s discretion for HK$100, to be paid upon completion.)
Strictly enforced:
- If any equipment, route, or information does not meet the standards, no homologation will be granted even if the participant claims to have completed the ride.
- Incomplete or false registration information will result in disqualification and no refund. Please follow the form-filling guidelines.

Cyclists interested in becoming volunteers can register at 8:30 PM on 14 October 2026, and may choose to participate in the volunteer trial ride. Quota for trial ride volunteers: 10. The volunteer trial ride will be held on 7-8 November 2026. Those who complete the trial ride within the time limit will receive the homologation. However, participants of the trial ride must hold a homologation for BRM400 or longer rides obtained between 2023 and 2027, and provide the homologation during registration.
Note: Long-distance cycling involves certain risks. Participants should assess their own capabilities and must independently purchase accident insurance.

Once you log in to the application form, you have already reserved a seat and have 15 minutes to fill in the form. Please enter your information accurately. Any incorrect, dishonest, or misleading entry will be removed without notice, and all payments will not be refunded.
Shipping Address: Please fill in a detailed address for RHK to mail the brevet card with the homologation to you after the event. If the address is incorrect, you may not be able to receive the homologation from ACP.
You may log in to the system to edit your information two weeks prior to the activity start.
