我們在瑪麗醫院的「面對面」分享會已正式恢復，今天能與大家再次見面，真的非常溫馨。感謝所有出席的家庭，你們的參與對我們意義重大。

希望各位寶寶早日康復，順利出院，回家與家人團聚。亦衷心感謝新生兒深切治療部（NICU）的護士，以及病人資源中心的同事一直以來的協助與支持。

Our “Face-to-Face” Sharing Meeting at QMH has officially resumed, and it was heartwarming to reconnect with everyone today. Thank you to all the families who joined us — your presence means so much.

We sincerely hope your little ones continue to grow stronger each day and can soon return home to reunite with their loved ones. A heartfelt thank you as well to the NICU nurses and the Patient Resource Centre team for their ongoing support and dedication.

【22周3日早產兒出生體重僅360g 經139天救治現順利出院】

内地深圳市婦幼保健院近日成功救治了一名極早產兒——他在母胎中僅待了22周3天，出生時體重僅360克，大小只有成人手掌般。然而，經過醫護人員139天的全力救治與精心照護，他的體重增長至3.5千克，最終健康出院，成為廣東省救治成功的最低出生體重早產兒。

這位早產兒的媽媽曾歷經兩次流產，好不容易懷上這個寶寶，卻在懷孕21周時被醫生告知胎兒狀況不樂觀，甚至建議放棄。然而她堅持不放棄任何希望，選擇轉院求醫。懷孕僅5個月時，她緊急剖腹產下這個僅有可樂罐大小的寶寶。

為了挽救這名生存極限的早產兒，醫院啟動黃金1小時搶救，迅速建立呼吸通道，並將他送入新生兒重症監護室（NICU）。他經歷了73天插管、6周無創吸氧，還遭遇兩次感染危機，醫療團隊憑藉豐富經驗，及時調整治療方案，幫助他一次次闖過難關。

媽媽回憶起第一次「袋鼠式護理」，忍不住落淚：「當時把他貼在心口，感受到他微弱卻有力的心跳，那一刻，我知道他一定能活下來。」如今，寶寶已能自主呼吸，對媽媽的聲音特別敏感，眼睛會追着聲音轉動，讓家人十分欣慰。

據統計，胎齡22周的早產兒在歐美發達國家的存活率僅30-60%，而這次的成功救治，不僅是深圳市婦幼保健院新生兒科的一大突破，也能讓更多面臨相似困境的家庭看到希望。
