鄰舍輔導會智齡 為弱能人士致力提供多元化的持續課程，以提升弱能人士生活質素和擴闊發? The College for Adults with Special Educational Needs (C.A.S.E.N), started its service from 2004.

鄰舍輔導會於1968年成立，是一間非牟利的慈善機構；轄下的智齡專上學院，成立於2004年，主力為弱能人士提供多元化的持續課程；按弱能人士獨特的學習需要，提供全面及專業的教育，以提升個人生活質素、擴闊發展機會。
