樂古大提琴重奏團以「柏林愛樂十二把大提琴」為楷模，由鄧仲豪擔任駐團指導，按各聲部團員的程度及特質編曲，以達到最佳學習和演出效果。團員程度由初階到演奏級，既有小學生亦有退休人士，因熱愛大提琴合奏而聚首一堂。承蒙樂界前輩張詩聖先生擔任本團榮譽顧問，團員得聆教益，受用無窮。
