「薪火行動」主辦的《僕人領袖訓練計劃》，培育青少年貢獻世界。 為期九個月的啟導訓練，義工與參加者建立長期的關係，在日常生活中互相支持及鼓勵。透過深入的啟導訓練，同時考核香港青年計劃的章級，讓青 少年無論在內外都得以成長。
