ation. We are established to tackle the ever-lasting and growing demand for quality and professional training and consultancy through advocacy, research and education. We target to widen the profession’s focus by linking learning and performance to individual and organizational results, and contribute to our society by acting as a sought-after voice on critical public policy issues. Based in Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China, ACTC is voluntarily founded by a group of training veterans, all holding the PRC Registered Senior (Class 1) Enterprise Trainer qualification. Our members consist of senior management, independent consulting experts, entrepreneurs and professionals coming from a wide spectrum of professions and industries including senior corporate trainers, corporate consultants, lawyers, IT experts, Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA), investment bankers, engineers and academics, etc..
企業培訓師及顧問協會（ACTC）紮根於亞洲，是一所國際性的專業組織，致力提倡優質，專業和具職業道德規範的企業培訓和企業諮詢服務。本會是由一群業內熱心人士牽頭，搭建平臺，凝聚社會上志同道合者，透過一起參與的相關活動，包括聯誼交流、學術討論會、開辦課程及工作坊等，提昇同仁的專業態度與水準，以便更好地為社會提供適切的服務，並因而獲取社會人士對此行業的認識與尊重。協會亦會致力連繫國際社會與中國大陸的業界人士,加強彼此溝通及發揮互動力量。社會服務方面，在關於職業培訓的公共政策問題上進行監察。
本會立足香港，背靠中國大陸，面向國際，會員群體亦很多樣化，主要是資深的行政管理人員和專業人士。其中主要是註冊「國家企業培訓師」及資深企業顧問，其餘包括專業會計師、特許金融分析師、律師、投資銀行家、電腦專家、工程師和學者等等。
