報名日期Enrollment Date：由即日起至2026年4月6日（下午6時）from now until 6 Apr, 2026 (6:00 P.M.)
報名時間Enrollment Hours:：星期一至五10:00-13:00、14:30-18:00，星期六10:00-13:00(星期日及公眾假期休息) Monday to Friday 10:00-13:00, 14:30-18:00, Saturday 10:00-13:00 (Close on Sundays and Public Holidays)

● 填妥運動員註冊表並附上証件相照片2張、健康證明文件、身份證副本 (如已提交本年度註冊表之運動員則無需再次遞交) [可透過WHATSAPP 66365506林生, 以電子方式遞交資料] Complete the Athlete Registration form, attach 2 recent passport photos, health certificate and a copy of ID card (if athletes have already submitted the registration form this year, no need to submit again.) [Whatsapp 66365506 M. Lam to submit all information.]
● 報名費：80元(每位) Entry Fee: MOP 80 (per person)
● 註冊費：屬會會員30元 (每位)、非屬會會員50元 (每位) [每年一次] Registration Fee: MOP 30 for members (per member), MOP 50 for non-members (per person)[one time/every year]
● 計時晶片及環按金：200元 (報名時繳交按金，計時晶片及環完整交回後，按金可悉數退回) Timing chip and strap deposit: MOP200 (deposit will be refunded when the timing chip and strap is returned) (deposit is paid at the time of registration. After the timing chip and strap are returned intact, the deposit will be fully refunded.)

● 賽事只接受持有效澳門居民身份證或外地僱員身份認別證報名參加This event only opens for Macau residents (with valid Macao SAR Resident Identity Card (BIR) or Non-resident Worker's Identification Card (Blue Card)) to enroll.
● 歡樂混合接力賽隊伍除須提供各隊員名單外，亦須提供隊名。Fun Mixed Relay must provide names of each individul team member, teams must also provide their team names.
