✨ 活動回顧｜共善同創：同「你」牽 Co-create for GOOD：Hand in Hand 🤝

在 2 月 14 日情人節這個充滿愛的日子，HKSGV 聯同夥伴機構走進東區社區，渡過了一個既充實且具意義的上午，將溫暖與關懷直接送到長者家庭。

當日共有 70 位義工參與，當中包括 30 個義工家庭，分隊探訪 70 戶長者家庭🎁🧧。東區有不少老舊屋邨與獨居長輩；農曆新年將至，我們更深刻體會到，長輩最需要的往往不止是物資，而是有人願意停下來問候近況、耐心聆聽他們的故事，讓他們感到仍被社區看見與重視，也在節日前夕多一份真實的陪伴💛。

我們相信，很多人面對需要時會停留在「被動同理心」——理解與惋惜，卻未必走近一步；而義工服務的價值，正在於把這份感受轉化為「 #主動關懷」，把理解變成有意識、落實到戶的行動。這同時也是成長的練習場：成員在多元社區情境中鍛鍊判斷力、情商與決策力；義工家庭則透過親子同行實踐身教，建立更深的連結🌱。

特別感謝 Kinder Compass 提供 I-D-E-A 溝通法及 Discovery Card 溝通指南，協助義工更有方法地建立溫馨連結。看見長輩接過福袋時的笑容，我們更確信「 #共善同創」是一種可持續、可傳承的行動🕊️。

印度裔女孩回收麵包製啤酒，開展環保社創 ｜《 #好好生意》第十三集嘉賓：Anushka Purohit

在香港土生土長的 Anushka Purohit，既不飲酒，也沒有食品背景，卻因一次在咖啡店目睹大量賣剩麵包被棄置，萌生創業念頭——這些仍可食的食物，是否能有第二生命？

她其後創立本地社創品牌 Breer，專注回收麵包，釀製本地特色手工啤酒。Breer 與麵包店及社企合作，結合制度化回收流程與數據分析，將每日被浪費的白麵包、菠蘿包、咖啡渣等，轉化為「飲得出香港味」的創新飲品。

對她而言，Breer 不只是環保實驗，更是匯聚在地資源，與香港人共創永續價值的本土品牌。「我希望有一天，講起麵包啤酒，大家會想到香港。Breer 想成為代表香港的品牌。」這也是她對「Do well, do good」的實踐。她相信，改變來自長期堅持，一步一步，走出影響力。

Turning Surplus Bread into Beer: Indian-HK Girl Launches Green Social Enterprise | Ep.13 – Anushka Purohit

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Anushka Purohit neither drinks alcohol nor comes from a food science background. Yet, witnessing a large tray of unsold bread being discarded at a coffee shop sparked an entrepreneurial idea: Could this still-edible food be given a second life?

She subsequently founded Breer, a local social enterprise dedicated to upcycling surplus bread into unique, locally crafted beer. Partnering with bakeries and other social enterprises, Breer combines a structured collection process with data analytics to transform daily waste—such as white bread, pineapple buns, and coffee grounds—into innovative beverages that truly "taste of Hong Kong."

To her, Breer is more than just an environmental experiment; it is a homegrown brand that connects the community to co-create sustainable value with the people of Hong Kong. "I hope that one day, when people talk about bread beer, they think of Hong Kong. Breer aims to be a brand that represents this city." This is her practice of the "Do well, do good" philosophy. She believes that real change comes from long-term persistence—creating impact, one step at a time.
