Join the Endoscope Repair Reduction Workshop 2025!

ASEN is pleased to present a practical workshop designed to help reduce endoscope repairs and enhance clinical skills. This event offers 2 CNE points (pending approval) and features informative lectures, a Q&A session, and a guided tour of a repair center with an endoscopic equipment exhibition.

📅 Two identical sessions are available:

11 October (Saturday), 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
17 October (Friday), 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
📍 Venue: Olympus Office, 26/F, Tower 1, Kowloon Commerce Centre, Kwai Hing
👥 Capacity is limited to 40 participants per session – first come, first served!

Light refreshments will be provided.

Sponsorship Application of the IDDF 2025

On behalf of Asian Society of Endoscopy Nurses, we are delighted to fully sponsor eligible members who participate the International Digestive Disease Forum on 5 – 6 July 2025. Interested valid ASEN ordinary members are welcomed to apply the sponsorship of the conference.

1.⁠ ⁠Please complete and submit the Sponsorship Application Form (https://forms.gle/wcATiweRJ2L9bMwv8 ) on or before 28 April 2025. We will sponsor members who register for the early bird offer, which is available until May 30th.Late application will NOT be considered.

2.⁠ ⁠All applications would be vetted by ASEN after the application deadline in accordance with its criteria for selection. Successful applicants will be notified around three weeks after the deadline with a Confirmation Letter and Sponsorship Reimbursement Form from ASEN via email. Applicants must register with the correct information. ASEN will not be responsible for the reimbursement if the wrong information was submitted.

3.⁠ ⁠Successful applicants are reminded to make his/her own enrollment to the programme upon receiving confirmation of acceptance from ASEN.

4.⁠ ⁠All sponsorship reimbursement should be submitted to ASEN by post to P.O. Box upon the completion of the programme with the certificate and the bank receipt issued by the organizer within ONE MONTH. Any late application for reimbursement will NOT be considered.

5.⁠ ⁠After finishing the conference, the applicant will need to play a role to contribute to ASEN events in forms of presentation, experience sharing sessions upon ASEN’s request.

6.⁠ ⁠The ASEN has the final decision on awarding member’s sponsorship.

7.⁠ ⁠Member’s working experience in GI/Endoscopy and contributions to ASEN / Endoscopy would be taken into consideration.

8.⁠ ⁠Members will have less priority if he/she had received sponsorship from ASEN in the previous years.

9.⁠ ⁠The guidelines are subject to regular updates and amendments at the discretion of the ASEN. 、
