「晴牽社」成立於2021年，目標為提高大眾對精神健康的認識，聯繫情緒病患者及精神病康復者，建立互助社群，並透過一系列工作坊，包括個人形象、溝通技巧、職業培訓及工作配對等，最終幫助他們走出陰霾，重投社會。
