我們相信，每個人的生命都是獨特及充滿無盡可能性的。
生命及生存的意義與價值，應由自身定義、詮釋及創建。
然而，香港社會中，許多人因教育、家庭等背景的限制，
未能看見自身生命的獨特性、可能性與選擇。

現今香港社會，經濟主導、商業掛帥；個人的謀生及「賺錢」能力，猶如成為了香港人定義自身價值的唯一標準。當中，於社會適應有困難、未能適應社會結構性轉變或與社會的普遍價值不同者，便輕易被社會忽略甚至淘汰。

社會稱之為「弱勢社群」。

創意坊塊相信，透過提升參與者的就業能力，提升其投入社會的自信心和能力感。同時，我們希望提供一個機會，讓參與者在創業的過程中，探索自身生命的其他可能性。使之在探索自我價值、確立人生目標與方向的過程中，肯定自我，積極投入社會。
