Meaningful change doesn’t always require a big stage—sometimes, it starts with a focused conversation.
This week, , Founder of Talos Foundation, joined a small group of Rotary Club members for a roundtable discussion on neurodiversity and inclusion. Designed to be intimate and interactive, the setting allowed for a rich exchange of ideas about how we can better support individuals with invisible disabilities—at work, in the community, and beyond.
Mary shared our mission: to change mindsets through awareness tools, employment opportunities, and corporate training. Conversations like these—thoughtful, personal, and deeply human—are how awareness grows and allies are made.
Thank you to the for the warm welcome and for helping us keep the conversation going.
If your team or organization is ready to explore what inclusion really means, let’s talk.
