- 肯定俄羅斯為侵略者角色、並反對俄羅斯侵略烏克蘭
- 支持烏克蘭民眾自我組織、武裝自衛應對俄羅斯侵略
- 支持俄羅斯民眾的反戰活動
- 反對各方將戰爭升級
- 香港民間應團結起來，採取行動制止戰爭
- 以示威、籌款等各種方式展開反戰宣傳和展示國際團結
Platform:
- Russia is the aggressor, we oppose Russian invasion of Ukraine
- We support Ukrainians in their efforts to self-organize and take up arms to defend Russian aggression
- We support the anti-war activities of Russian citizens
- We reject any kind of military escalation
- Hongkongers should unite and take actions in stopping the war
- To promote anti-war and show international solidarity by means of protest, fundraising, etc.
要求：
- 俄羅斯應無條件立即撤軍
- 免去烏克蘭外債
- 俄羅斯立即釋放所有反戰示威者，並廢止言論、新聞、網絡審查
Demand:
- Complete and unconditional withdrawal of all Russian military forces
- Cancellation of Ukraine’s foreign debt
- Russia should release all anti-war protesters immediately, and abolish censorship on speech, press and internet
