全球受疫情肆虐兩年，帶來巨大的心理與精神壓力，令抑鬱症人數急速上升。世衛指出全球抑鬱症患者超過一億人，受抑鬱症影響人口高達3.8% ； 香港大學醫學院研究顯示，超過240萬香港人有抑鬱症狀，情況不容忽視。
