在這個世界，有能力不等如就能成功，加上努力或可更進一步，然而天時、地利、人和，這些成功的材料全都是「機會率」。

出身在低收入家庭的年輕人彷彿「輸在起跑線」。

小城生活迫人，音樂藝術、品味修養、最新科技等等都是無暇兼顧的奢侈品，這些「奢侈品」卻往往是滋養個人成長高度、深度與闊度的「必須品」，以致影響他們人生路向的選擇與成就。

如果給這些年輕人一個「機會」，結果會否不同？

Lucky Band 希望能夠連結不同企業、機構、專業人士，為基層年輕人締造能夠接觸這些生活「奢侈品」的機遇，成就他們更色彩豐富的人生。
