明愛「希望號」青年護理服務啓航計劃 本計劃特色：

[背景資料]
因應現時的人手短缺及未來安老服務及康復服務的人力需求，社署推出「青年護理服務啓航計劃」，為有志於社福界護理工作發展的青年人安排「先聘用後培訓」的機會，讓他們邊學邊做，並可隨著職業路線圖發展個人事業。預計在2015-2019年，此計劃會培訓1,000名18-25歲的青少年。

明愛社會工作服務部聯同明愛社區書院（簡稱CICE）申請營辦計劃，並獲社會福利署批准於2016年開始承辦200個「啓航計劃」名額。
