【香港人力資源管理學會倡家庭友善政策是「策略性投資」】

香港人力資源管理學會副會長、環境、社會和管治委員會聯席主席陸國坤（Andy Luk）上周五出席平等機會委員會舉辦的「為在職照顧者建設家庭友善的共融工作間」研討會，並於會上致開幕辭及主持專題討論。他衷心感謝平等機會委員會主席林美秀女士的邀請，讓學會有機會參與這項別具意義的活動。適逢平機會成立三十周年，他亦送上誠摯祝賀，並表示平機會多年來積極推動反歧視法制及平等理念，為改變社會文化、營造更公平共融的職場環境作出重要貢獻。

在開幕致辭中，Andy 指出，家庭友善措施並非企業給予員工的「額外福利」，而是攸關企業長遠競爭力的「策略性投資」。他表示，隨着人口高齡化及家庭結構轉變，愈來愈多員工同時肩負照顧子女、長者或有特殊需要家人的責任，相關挑戰已成為普遍現象。企業若能從策略層面正視這一趨勢，建立具彈性的工作制度及支援措施，不僅能提升員工歸屬感與投入度，亦有助減低流失率，為組織可持續發展奠下穩固基礎。

在隨後的專題討論環節中，Andy 擔任主持，與學者及非政府機構代表深入交流，探討如何透過共融設計及科技應用，協助在職照顧者更有效平衡工作與家庭責任，包括靈活工作安排、數碼協作平台及智能支援工具等實務做法。
