【聯合醫院A線 – 港鐵油塘站B2出口升降機更換工程】
接港鐵公司通知，由2026年6月22日（星期一）起，港鐵油塘站B2出口連接茶果嶺道之載客升降機將暫停使用進行更換工程，直至2027年第一季。
現時使用聯合醫院A線「港鐵油塘站」上落車的輪椅乘客或需要使用升降機的乘客，可改用鯉魚門道「油翠苑」站或沿線其他車站，不便之處，敬請原諒。

[United Christian Hospital Route A – Passenger Lift Replacement Works at MTR Yau Tong Station B2 Entrance]
As per notice from MTR Corporation, the passenger lift service at MTR Yau Tong Station Entrance B2 will be suspended from 22 June 2026 (Monday) until the 1st quarter of 2027 due to lift replacement works.
Passengers of United Christian Hospital Route A who board or alight at MTR Yau Tong Station stop on wheelchairs or in need of using passenger lift may make use of Yau Chui Court stop on Lei Yue Mun Road or other en-route stops.

由2026年5月26日（星期二）頭班車起，為方便乘客，南區醫院‧東線之「海怡半島」站將由怡韻閣對出移前至怡樂閣對出。

[Southern District Hospital East Route – Relocation of South Horizons Stop]
With effect from 26 May 2026 (Tuesday), for the convenience of passengers, the South Horizons stop for Southern District Hospital East Route will be relocated forward from outside Yee Wan Court to outside Yee Lok Court.

【沙田線 – 改道及繞經顯徑】
由2026年3月23日（星期一）頭班車起，沙田線將有以下改動：
(1)港鐵石門站改為非常設站
(2)瀝源邨祿泉樓及娛樂城站合併並遷往壽全樓
(3)增加顯徑鄰里社區中心常設站
(4)增加突破青年村非常設站
各班次起點站開車時間不變，瀝源邨壽全樓至新翠各站的開車時間則有所調整。

[Sha Tin Route – Re-routeing and Extension via Hin Keng]
With effect from 23 March 2026 (Monday), the following changes will be implemented on Sha Tin Route:
(1) Convert MTR Shek Mun Station stop to on-demand
(2) Merge the stops Luk Chuen House and Fun City at Lek Yuen Estate to Sau Chuen House
(3) Add a new regular stop at Hin Keng Neighbourhood Community Centre
(4) Add an on-demand stop at Breakthrough Youth Village
The departure times from the starting point are kept unchanged whilst the departure times from the stops between Sau Chuen House, Lek Yuen Estate and Sun Chui Estate are revised.
