【香港兒童醫院/啟德醫院線 - 優化服務配合啟德醫院啟用】
由2026年10月5日(星期一)起，配合啟德醫院啟用，上述路線將改道行走及修訂時間表，優化服務，重點如下：
(1) 來回程增設(i)港鐵黃大仙站(黃大仙中心北館)及(ii)啟德醫院(專科門診大樓)中途站，並更改路線名稱為「香港兒童醫院／啟德醫院線」；
(2) 保留首班車(往香港兒童醫院/啟德醫院方向)繞經有信街，停麥當勞叔叔之家(觀塘)中途站，其他現有班次取消繞經有信街；
(3) 取消(i)港鐵九龍灣站(德福花園)及(ii)港鐵觀塘站(翠屏道)中途站；
(4) 增設與伊利沙伯醫院線之間的八達通免費轉乘優惠：
由伊利沙伯醫院線(往伊利沙伯醫院/東隆道方向)轉乘本線(往兒童醫院方向)，或由本線(往樂富方向)轉乘伊利沙伯醫院線(往伊利沙伯醫院/東隆道方向)，用八達通卡繳付第一程車費後150分鐘內，以同一張八達通卡繳付第二程車資，可享有免費優惠。
[Hong Kong Children’s Hospital / Kai Tak Hospital Route - Service Enhancement in line with the Opening of Kai Tak Hospital]
With effect from 5 October 2026 (Monday), to tie in with the opening of Kai Tak Hospital, the routeing and timetable of the route will be revised, major changes are highlighted below:
(1) Add en-route stops at (i) MTR Wong Tai Sin Station (Temple Mall North) and (ii) Kai Tak Hospital (Specialist Out-patient Clinic Block) and rename the route as Hong Kong Children’s Hospital / Kai Tak Hospital Route;
(2) Maintain the detour via Yau Shun Street and call at en-route stop at Ronald McDonald House Charities (Kwun Tong House) on first departure but cancel other existing departures via Yau Shun Street;
(3) Cancel en-route stops (i) MTR Kowloon Bay Station (Telford Garden) and (ii) MTR Kwun Tong Station (Tsui Ping Road);
(4) Introduce free Octopus interchange with Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) Route. No charge on the second leg journey for passengers making the following interchange within 150 minutes and paying both routes journey by the same Octopus :
- From QEH Route (QEH/Tung Lung Road bound) to this route (Hong Kong Children’s Hospital Route bound), or
- From this route (Lok Fu bound) to QEH Route (QEH/Tung Lung Road bound)
