【國際母乳哺育周2026】
今年嘅主題係：「母乳哺育，建構永續的生命起點：鞏固成功經驗」
咩係支持母乳哺育嘅成功經驗? 不如了解吓你身邊嘅「愛嬰醫療機構」啦! 👍
🏅「愛嬰醫療機構」認證係一套包括評估同認證嘅方案，用嚟肯定成功推動、支援同保障母乳餵哺嘅醫療機構。
🏥 目前全港嘅認證進度非常理想：
• 母嬰健康院：衞生署轄下已經有20間健康院成功獲定名為「愛嬰母嬰健康院」，其餘嗰9間亦都積極進行緊認證程序
• 公立醫院：全港8間設有產科嘅公立醫院已全數通過認證，成為「愛嬰醫院」
• 私家醫院：目前有1間私家醫院已獲定名，另外仲有1間喺認證程序當中
相關嘅醫護人員全部受過專業培訓，可以為媽媽提供關於餵哺母乳嘅專業意見同幫助，令媽媽們更有能力同信心持續餵母乳！👩🏻

【World Breastfeeding Week 2026】
The theme of this year is: “Breastfeeding for a Sustainable Start in Life: Strengthen What Works”
What works to support breastfeeding? Explore the "Baby-Friendly Health Care Facilities" near you! 👍
🏅 The “Baby-Friendly Health Facilities” Designation is a comprehensive assessment and accreditation scheme. It recognises healthcare institutions that successfully promote, support, and protect breastfeeding.
🏥 Current accreditation progress across Hong Kong is highly encouraging:
• Maternal and Child Health Centres (MCHCs): 20 MCHCs under the Department of Health have successfully been designated as "Baby-Friendly MCHCs", while the remaining 9 are actively undergoing the accreditation process.
• Public Hospitals: All 8 public hospitals with maternity departments have fully passed the accreditation and become "Baby-Friendly Hospitals”.
• Private Hospitals: Currently, 1 private hospital has received the designation, and another 1 is in the process of accreditation.
All healthcare professionals in these facilities are professionally trained. They offer expert advice and support on breastfeeding, empowering mothers with both the competency and confidence to sustain breastfeeding! 👩🏻
