明日北斗星獎學金Plus計劃 由香港社會工作人員主辦，香港社會服務聯會協辦，並由利銘澤黃瑤璧慈善?

計劃目標：
(1) 獎勵逆境自強，致力委身社會服務及社工專業的學生。
(2) 提供獎學金，以增加持續發展的資源。
(3) 透過能力提升工作坊，裝備專業社工的相應態度、知識與技巧。
(4) 建立朋輩支援及學習網絡。
