Sune aur yakeen kare: Hamdardi or samaj sahanubhuti ke sath unki hamayat kare.

Agli ane wali nasal ko shiksha/ taalim de: Bacho ko sikhaye razamandi, samaan, aur larke aur larki ek barabar hote hai - equality ke bare mei sikhaye.

Violence against women leaves deep scars that affect individuals. Let’s work together to break this cycle!

- Physical Health Consequences: Survivors often face injuries, chronic pain, and long-term health issues, including reproductive health problems.

- Mental Health Challenges: Many experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders, which can persist long after the violence ends.

- Social Isolation: Survivors may withdraw from social interactions, leading to loneliness and a lack of support networks, making recovery even harder.

- Intergenerational Effects: Children who witness violence may experience trauma, affecting their development and increasing the likelihood of perpetuating the cycle of violence.

Physical Violence: hitting, slapping, or any form of physical assault that causes harm.
Emotional Violence: manipulation, intimidation, and verbal abuse that can severely impact mental health.
Sexual Violence: a range of acts from sexual harassment to assault
Economic Abuse: Controlling a woman's financial resources, limiting her financial independence, or sabotaging her job opportunities.

In fact, psychological factors such as unrealistic expectations for pain treatment, catastrophizing pain, fear of pain, and excessive focus on discomfort can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and helplessness. This creates a vicious cycle that can be hard to break.💪🏻

Interdisciplinary treatments—including medication, exercise, and psychotherapy—can effectively improve pain from various perspectives. They enhance individuals' ability to manage their pain and improve their quality of life. ✨

Walking is something we do every day, but we can make it special. It is not difficult at all.😆

1️⃣ Pick a Spot: Find a quiet place to walk, like a park or your street.
2️⃣ Breathe Deeply: Take a few deep breaths to relax.
3️⃣ Feel Your Steps: Notice how your feet touch the ground with each step.
4️⃣ Use Your Senses: Pay attention to what you see, hear, and smell around you.
5️⃣ Stay Focused: If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath.

Mindful walking helps you connect with yourself and nature.☺️



🌳Hamari har roz ki zindagi mei alag alag kisam ke tareeke hote hai jinse hum mindfulness practice kar sakte hai. 🌳
Paidal chalna ek aise cheez hai jo hum har roz karte hai, lekin hum isse aur khaas bana sakte hai. Yeh bilkul bhi mushkil nahi hai.

1️⃣ Apne liye ek jaga chunen: Tahelne ke liye koi ek shaant jaga dhondhen, jaise park ya sadak
2️⃣ Gehri saans le: Aaram karne ke liye kuch gehri sansen le.
3️⃣ Apne kadmo ko mehsoos kare: Dhiyaan kare keh kese har qadam ke sath apke paon zamin ko kese chhote hai.
4️⃣ Apni senses ka istemal kare: Apne aas-paas jo kuch ap dekhte hai, sunte hai, aue songhte hai, us par dhyan de.
5️⃣ Hamesha dhiyan apna focus rakhe: Agar ap ka man ya dimag bhatakta hai toh use dheere se apne saans lene par wapis laye.

Dhiyan de-kar chalne se aap ko apne aap aur nature se judne mei madad karta hai.
