SUBJECT: Commitment to a Seamless, Professional, and Unified Leadership Transition

As we usher in a new chapter for our beloved Fraternity under the incoming leadership of our National President-Elect, Kuya Agaton Javier Jr., the Transition Team extends its warmest fraternal greetings to the entire Eagledom.
Change is a natural progression of a dynamic organization, and our utmost priority during this period is to ensure organizational stability, continuity, and harmony. To this end, this Transition Team is fully committed to executing a seamless, transparent, and highly professional turnover of responsibilities.
Our primary objective is to actively coordinate and collaborate with the team of our incumbent National President, Kuya Ronald Delos Santos. We highly respect the milestones achieved by the current administration, and we believe that working hand-in-hand with them is the only way to safeguard the interests of our fraternity.
Our clear and unwavering stance: We want a transition completely free of drama, friction, or unnecessary misunderstanding.
We are Eagles—bound by honor, respect, and a shared vow to service. This transition should not be a source of division, but rather a testament to our maturity and solidarity as the first Philippine-born fraternal socio-civic organization. We owe it to the general membership to handle this process with the highest level of dignity and mutual respect.
We assure everyone that both teams are working in good faith to ensure that no fraternal services, programs, or administrative functions are disrupted.
Let us look forward to the future with optimism, keeping the spirit of brotherhood alive. Together, under the incoming leadership of Kuya Agaton Javier Jr., we will continue to soar higher.
