Meet our speakers for Flow for a Cause: we’re bringing two guest speakers on Saturday for an open hearted, proactive and preventive drive chat💪

💕Hayley Iwaszko, Joint Dynamics: practical women’s health 101s. Everyday habits for proactive breast care, plus bra fitting and sports bra tips.

💕 Han Mi Walsh-Riddle: an 11-year breast cancer survivor, sharing her journey from survivor to fitness coach and how she now helps others with fitness and proactive wellness.

Early detection starts with ordinary, everyday habits, and hearing from someone who has lived it makes those habits easier to start. We’re grateful to both speakers for sharing their time and their stories.
