香港紅十字青少年作為國際紅十字運動的一份子，是以保護生命和健康、熱心服務社群及實踐人道精神為己任；一般青年團附設於中學、青年中心及本會的分區總部，會員年齡由十二歲至十七歲。

Our Red Cross Youth Units, as members of the International Red Cross Movement, aim at protecting life and health, serving the community and putting the spirit of humanity in action. These uniformed units are attached to secondary schools, youth centers and our Red Cross Divisional Headquarters, and members are aged from 12 to 17.
