Growth begins outside your comfort zone.

To all the emerging leaders out there: the magic happens when you step into the unknown.

Don't fear the stretch; that's where your influence is built and your potential is realized.

Keep pushing, keep learning, and keep leading! ✨

✨ Reflecting on an unforgettable day ✨

It’s been a few days ago however the energy from our 2nd Annual International Women’s Day Conference is still buzzing! ✨

While we’ve been busy processing the incredible breakthroughs and connections made on March 14th, we wanted to take a moment to officially recognize the backbone of this event. To our sponsors: THANK YOU. 🇬🇾

An event of this magnitude is only possible through the vision and generosity of partners who believed in our mission:

✨ A Powerful Gathering. A Meaningful Conversation. A Movement Growing. ✨

This weekend, we hosted our 2nd Annual International Women's Day Conference - Tea & Talk: Hope, Healing & Women’s Empowerment in observance of International Women’s Day 2026.

We brought together women leaders, emerging voices, students, professionals, diplomats, and partners for an afternoon of honest conversations, mentorship, and connection.

From the University of Guyana and the Government Technical Institute, to our distinguished guests and sponsors, the room reflected a shared commitment to empowering women and shaping the future of Guyana, the Caribbean, and our global community.

What stood out most was this:

Emerging leaders were not on the sidelines. They were in the conversations, asking questions, building confidence, and stepping into leadership in real time.

This is what the future looks like.
And it is already in motion.

We are deeply grateful to our speakers, partners, sponsors, and every attendee who made this gathering possible.

This is only the beginning.

Congratulations to this dynamic woman of power. 👏🏽✨️

Our Emerging Voices Are Taking Up Space. 🚀

At Tea & Talk: Hope, Healing & Women’s Empowerment, our young leaders are not just attending - they are in the room, in the conversations, and on the stage.

✨ Meet trailblazer Tirishatha Semple, who will assist our founder Abiola Lovell, MBA, PMP, CSM, PROSCI-CM in moderating the conversations and helping guide the dialogue throughout the afternoon.

🌟 And closing the program, we are proud to welcome Attiya S. Griffith Griffith, who will wrap things up with a powerful closing reflection, representing the voice and vision of the next generation.

Our youth and emerging leaders are not on the sidelines.
They are immersed in the conversations, learning, asking questions, building confidence, and stepping into leadership in real time.

This is what leadership development looks like.

The future is not waiting.

It is already in the room.
