iCAN Resources Inc. (iCAN) is a non-profit charitable organization whose specific and primary purpose is to establish training and employment opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities in Guam. With core values of respect, fairness and professionalism, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest degree of employee and customer satisfaction.

iCAN is a SourceAmerica affiliated Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) which provides rehabilitation and employment opportunities for people with disabilities. SourceAmerica, a central non-profit agency, provides opportunities to affiliated organizations such as iCAN by acquiring federal contracts for products and services through the AbilityOne program. The AbilityOne Program is among the largest sources of employment, on Federal contracts, for individuals who are blind or have significant disabilities in the United States. Established in 1938, the program is administered by the U.S. AbilityOne Commission, an independent Federal agency, with assistance from central non-profit agencies National Industries for the Blind (NIB), American Foundation for the Blind (AFB) and SourceAmerica.

Through SourceAmerica’s AbilityOne program, iCAN provides services to federal businesses on Guam. Services currently served by AbilityOne affiliates are base supply stores, custodial/housekeeping services, water blasting and food services. Since 2011, iCAN began performing on contracts under the AbilityOne Program. We currently perform custodial and food services on six projects on Naval Base Guam (NBG) and Anders en Air Force Base Guam. We provide food services for the Magellan Inn Dinning Facility (AAFB) and Camp Covington Galley (NBG). We provide base wide custodial services for Anderson Air Force Base, the Medial Treatment Facility (AAFB), all three Department of Defense Educational Activity schools on Guam and the U.S. Coast Guard Facility (NBG).

We have become Guam’s largest employer of people with disabilities by creating a network of referral providers garnered through the local Government agencies, Special Education transitional programs, other non-profit agencies and through word of mouth. With almost 200 employees in our workforce and more than half of this number being people with significant disabilities, iCAN aims to be the organization that is synonymous with providing people with disabilities job opportunities that will assist them to be independent contributors to the community.
