Τι γίνεται όταν το youth work συναντά τα συναισθήματα, τη φροντίδα και την ανθεκτικότητα; ❤️‍🔥🌿

🫀 H.E.A.R.T. LAB - Healing Emotions, Agency, Resilience & Transformation | Erasmus+ Training Course

➡️ Που στοχεύει το πρόγραμμα; ⤵️
Το H.E.A.R.T. LAB εστιάζει στο πώς μπορούμε να δουλεύουμε με τα συναισθήματα σε περιόδους κοινωνικών και παγκόσμιων κρίσεων, να ενισχύουμε την συναισθηματική ανθεκτικότητα στη δουλειά με νέα άτομα και να δημιουργούμε πιο συμπεριληπτικές, προσβάσιμες και συμμετοχικές πρακτικές.

Μέσα από non-formal education, embodied practices, δημιουργικές μεθόδους και outdoor learning, θα εξερευνήσεις εργαλεία που συνδέουν τη φροντίδα, τη συλλογική μάθηση και τον κοινωνικό μετασχηματισμό.

⚡ Με απλά λόγια: συναισθήματα, φύση, βιωματική μάθηση και εργαλεία για youth work με περισσότερη επίγνωση και ανθεκτικότητα.

👀 Αναζητούμε 4 άτομα (18+ χωρίς όριο ηλικίας) από Ελλάδα, που είναι youth workers, facilitators, educators ή συμμετέχουν ενεργά σε youth initiatives, έχουν κάποια εμπειρία στο youth work, βασικές γνώσεις αγγλικών και διάθεση για ενεργή συμμετοχή.

❗️Το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει κοινοτική ζωή σε φυσικό περιβάλλον και outdoor στοιχεία, προσαρμοσμένα στις ανάγκες κάθε ατόμου.

Κόστος:
✈️ Τα έξοδα ταξιδιού καλύπτονται 100% μέχρι 275€ ανά άτομο
🏡 Η διαμονή και διατροφή καλύπτονται 100%

🐞 A Bug’s Life Insights | Part 3

What if no system survives alone…
because life itself depends on connection?

In Part 1, we reflected on diversity.
In Part 2, we explored self-organization.
Now we arrive at a final question:

What makes systems endure?

In nature, life does not persist through isolated strength.
It persists through relationships, reciprocity and interdependence. 🌿

What appears independent is often sustained through hidden connections.
Support, mutual reliance and shared vulnerability are not exceptions to life -
they are part of how systems hold together.

And maybe this is true for human communities too!

✨ Interdependence is not weakness.
✨ Connection is part of resilience.
✨ Collective life persists through reciprocity.

So perhaps the question is:

Could recognizing interdependence bring us closer to one another?

🐞 A Bug’s Life Insights | Part 2

What if organization does not always begin with authority…but can emerge through shared responsibility?

In Part 1, we reflected on how diversity helps systems survive.Now we continue the question:

What helps different parts work together?

In nature, systems don’t always function because one leads.They often function through coordination, cooperation and distributed roles. 🌿

Different capacities can contribute to a shared whole.Participation is not the absence of structure.It can be another way of creating it.

And maybe this is true for human communities too!

✨ Self-organization is not disorder.
✨ Shared responsibility can sustain collective life.
✨ Cooperation may emerge through participation, not only authority.

So perhaps the question is:

Is cooperation something directed from above…or something that can grow from within?

🐞 A Bug’s Life Insights | Part 1

What if diversity is not something systems manage…
but something they depend on?

As we prepare for «A Bug’s Life» Youth Exchange from we’re opening up some of the reflections shaping this journey.

In nature, systems don’t survive through sameness.
They survive through different roles, different abilities, different forms of contribution. 🌿

Difference is not a disruption to the system.
Difference is part of what makes the system possible.

And maybe this is true for human communities too!

✨ Diversity is not an add-on.
✨ It is a condition for resilience.
✨ It is what helps systems stay alive.

So perhaps the question is:

Is diversity something to accommodate… or something we depend on?

➡️ Που στοχεύει το πρόγραμμα; ⤵️
Το A Bug’s Life είναι ένα Youth Exchange που χρησιμοποιεί τον κόσμο των εντόμων για να εξερευνήσει έννοιες όπως η προκατάληψη, η ενσυναίσθηση πέρα από τον άνθρωπο (more-than-human empathy) και η ευθύνη μας απέναντι στα οικοσυστήματα.

Μέσα από non-formal learning θα δουλέψεις hands-on με εργαλεία όπως microscopes & citizen science, θα εξερευνήσεις πώς λειτουργούν τα οικοσυστήματα και θα δημιουργήσεις content που κάνει την επιστήμη accessible στην κοινότητα.

⚡ Με απλά λόγια: science, φύση, δημιουργία και νέοι τρόποι να βλέπεις τον κόσμο γύρω σου.

👀 Αναζητούμε 5 νέα άτομα 18-24 ετών άνετα με την κοινοτική ζωή σε φυσικό περιβάλλον, με βασικές γνώσεις αγγλικών και έτοιμα να συμμετέχουν ενεργά στις δραστηριότητες.

❗️Outdoor εμπειρία σε camping (με υποδομές για όλες τις καιρικές συνθήκες)

Κόστος :
✈️ Τα έξοδα ταξιδιού καλύπτονται στο 100% μέχρι το ποσό των 275€ ανά άτομο.

🌱 Last month we kicked off FETA in person by hosting a Capacity Building Meeting here in Athens, in our CC x BVBY space ✨

For a few days, we got to actually sit in the same room with our partners and dive into what this project is really about. not just planning it, but starting to build it together 🧠🤝

We shared how each of us works locally, tested sessions brought by every organisation, and started co-creating tools, methods and ideas that will shape the FETA handbook and everything that follows 👀

From experimenting → to working in pairs → to bringing everything together… this was where the first pieces of FETA came to life 🌿🎨

we’re slowly building something we’re really excited about! 🫂

This was just the beginning…

➡️ Που στοχεύει το πρόγραμμα; ⤵️
Είναι ένα Erasmus+ Youth Participation Activity για νέα άτομα 18–30 που θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν πώς η επικοινωνία (online & offline) επηρεάζει την ένταξη, τη συμμετοχή και τον τρόπο που υπάρχουμε μαζί.

Γιατί ναι… ο τρόπος που μιλάμε, γράφουμε και εκφραζόμαστε μπορεί είτε να συμπεριλάβει είτε να αποκλείσει ανθρώπους.

Μέσα από το πρόγραμμα θα δουλέψουμε πάνω στη συμπερίληψη και το πώς μπορείς να κάνεις τη φωνή σου να μετράει στην πράξη - όχι μόνο στα socials ✨

❗️Το πρόγραμμα είναι προσβάσιμο για ανάπηρα άτομα και υπάρχει η δυνατότητα συμμετοχής συνοδού με όλα τα έξοδα καλυμμένα (δηλώνεται στη φόρμα).

Κόστος:
✈️ Τα έξοδα ταξιδιού καλύπτονται για το mobility στην Ελλάδα έως 240€ (green travel-χωρίς χρήση αεροπλάνου) και στην Ιταλία έως 309€

Πέρασαν κιόλας 4 μήνες από την απώλεια της υπέρλαμπρης και αγαπημένης μας Αναστασίας. ❤️

Το φως της όμως μένει παντού γύρω μας, σε κάθε άνθρωπο που την γνώρισε, σε κάθε μέρος που βρέθηκε και ανάσανε.
Έζησε με ουσία, απέραντη αγάπη, ένα τεράστιο χαμόγελο και ανοιχτό μυαλό.
Με βλέμμα γεμάτο περιέργεια και σπιρτάδα, εξερεύνησε τις ψυχές των ανθρώπων αλλά και ολόκληρη τη γη (κυριολεκτικά).
Μας φρόντισε, μας εξέλιξε και πολέμησε σκληρά για να αποκτήσουμε όλα φωνή.
Μας έσπρωξε για να βγούμε μπροστά ατρόμητοι και να αντικρίσουμε την αξία αλλά και τους φόβους μας και να φωνάξουμε για τα δικαιώματα μας.

Φτιάξαμε λοιπόν αυτό το βίντεο με τις φωνές ατόμων που συναντήθηκαν μαζί της μέσω της Be Visible Be YOU για να αναδείξουμε ότι η Αναστασία κατάφερε τον στόχο της: να φέρει την αλλαγή στον κόσμο ένα project την φορά και να μην χαθεί τελικά ποτέ. ✨

➡️ Που στοχεύει το πρόγραμμα; ⤵️
Το E-MPATHY είναι ένα Erasmus+ Youth Exchange με στόχο να καταστήσει τη διεθνή συνεργασία πιο προσβάσιμη και συμπεριληπτική, τόσο ψηφιακά όσο και φυσικά. Μέσα από βιωματικά εργαστήρια, συζητήσεις και δραστηριότητες αφήγησης, θα εξερευνήσουμε πώς η ενσυναίσθηση μπορεί να γεφυρώσει αποστάσεις και διαφορές, και να ενδυναμώσει τα νέα άτομα να επικοινωνούν και να δημιουργούν κοινότητες.

Αναζητούμε:
📌 4 άτομα ηλικίας 18-30 + 1 group leader (χωρίς όριο ηλικίας)
📌 Άτομα με κίνητρο να συμμετέχουν σε όλες τις φάσεις του προγράμματος
📌 Που κατοικούν στην Ελλάδα και έχουν (ή έχουν τη δυνατότητα να εκδώσουν) Ευρωπαϊκή κάρτα ασφάλισης

With deep sadness, we share that Anastasia Tasoula, founder of Be Visible Be YOU, passed away on Monday night after many months of fighting both inside and outside of the hospital.

Anastasia dedicated her life and vision to inclusion, accessibility and the right of every person to be visible and be themselves.
We know that her impact will continue to grow through new ideas, communities and the many people she inspired and worked with.

🌱 Another TB to a project that rooted deeply in us!

This September, we were thrilled to be partners in Plant R-evolution, a beautiful Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that took place in the peaceful village of Lama dei Peligni, Italy 🇮🇹

Over 10 days, young people from across Europe explored sustainability, antispeciesism and plant-based food systems through non-formal education in nature. 🌍 From foraging and permaculture workshops, to podcasting and yoga sessions, it was a full-circle experience combining learning, community and growth.

✨ As one of our participants said:
“The people and the place will stay in my heart. These days I explored so many aspects of life that I truly needed.”

We left Italy not only with new knowledge, but with meaningful friendships, empowered voices and hearts full of gratitude. 💚

Grazie to the amazing hosting team and all the participants who made this project unforgettable!
