Meet Emilia! 🐾✨
We rescued Emilia last August in an Athens park, but we later learned her full story from local feeders: she had been abandoned there at 3 months old in rough condition. Because they lacked shelter, they had provided medical care and spayed her before returning her. When we realized she was completely blind, we couldn't leave her outside. We took her in, and she recently underwent successful surgery to remove her non-seeing eyes. She is now fully healed and ready for a fresh start! 💚

Personality:
An absolute social butterfly! Extremely friendly with everyone humans and cats. Despite moving through foster homes, she adapts instantly. She has zero sense of danger in the cutest way, walking right up to our hesitant resident cats to play. She loves toys that make sounds so she can easily find and play with them, good food, cuddles, and demands plenty of attention!

The Ideal Home:
-Best with another friendly cat.
-Great with gentle children.
-Needs basic safety measures for a blind cat (e.g., securing staircases or sharp edges). No special medical care needed just a loving lap!

These little ones had a bit of a rough start in life… but we want to change their story forever. 🥹❤️

They were found in Ikaria by volunteers when they were just one month old, after their mum was sadly hit by a car. They brought them back to Athens, cared for them, and now, at around 2 months old, they’re ready to find their forever home! 🏡🐱

They’re absolute sweethearts playful, adorable, and incredibly cuddly. 💛 The tabby is a girl and the white-and-tabby is a boy. Ideally,would love for them to be adopted together! 🥹

Just one look into those huge, stunning yellow eyes and you’ll instantly fall in love! 🥹✨

This tiny sweetheart was rescued during the recent stormy days of heavy rain and wind 🌧️💨. She was found soaking wet and trembling under a pilotis area...

Her rescue was a true moment of fate! Volunteers were walking by with two other kittens in a carrier (on way to the vet) when they started calling out. Hearing their voices, this brave little girl peeked out and showed herself it was literally a "Kittens Calling Live" moment! 🐱❤️

Happy World Animal Day 🐾🌍

This story is dedicated to all the rescuers and fosters especially those of us fighting this battle where the weight of the world feels entirely too heavy to carry.

If you are a rescuer, you already know the exhaustion. You know the crushing despair of finding another dumped box of puppies or kittens on a lonely dirt road, the constant anxiety of overflowing shelters, empty pockets, and vet bills you don't know how you'll pay. You carry the images of cruelty and neglect in your mind long after you've closed your eyes at night. Sometimes, the indifference of the people around you feels like a wall you can no longer climb.

It makes you want to break down. It makes you want to quit.

But then you look at the ones we did save. The ones sleeping safely in a warm home right now, knowing love for the very first time because we refused to look away.

Down here, we can't save the whole world. But for the ones we do manage to place, heal, and love we changed their entire universe.

Ο γατούλης ζούσε στην πιλοτή μια πολυκατοικίας στην περιοχή των Κρητικών στο Γαλάτσι.

Οι άνθρωποι που τον φρόντιζαν έχουν να τον δουν από τις 28/09 και ανησυχούν. Συνήθιζε να ακολουθεί τα σκυλάκια στη βόλτα τους.

Είναι ολόμαυρος με ένα λευκό σημαδάκι στο πηγούνι του και είναι εξαιρετικά φιλικός.

Could you be the one to give 6-month-old Sonia the safe, loving indoor life she desperately deserves after being heartlessly abandoned? 💔

Sonia is an absolute darling with a heart of gold, waiting for a family to call her own. Though she starts off a little shy with new faces, once she knows she is safe, she transforms into a super friendly, deeply affectionate, and incredibly cuddly little shadow who loves nothing more than being close to her humans!

She gets along wonderfully with other cats, making her a very social and playful feline companion who thrives in good company.

Age: 6 months old
Medical: Vaccinated (will be spayed immediately upon finding her adopter!)
Background: Found abandoned as a tiny kitten in a neighborhood where every single cat was already fixed.

Ο Τσόπερ (Chopper) είναι ένας πανέμορφος, πορτοκαλής, χνουδωτός γατούλης, 10 μηνών. Βρέθηκε στο δρόμο αδεσποτούλης, ενάμιση μηνός. Είναι στειρωμένος, φέρει μικροτσίπ, είναι αποπαρασιτωμένος, αρνητικός σε όλα τα λοιμώδη και έχει κάνει και ένα εκ των 2 εμβολίων (το τριπλό FVRCP). Καθαρά σπιτόγατος, φοβάται το έξω. Δεν έχει έρθει σε συναναστροφή με άλλα ζωάκια, με άλλους ανθρώπους αφού βρει το θάρρος είναι πολύ κοινωνικός. Επειδή είναι ακόμη γατάκι έχει μεγάλα ποσά ενέργειας και έχει ανάγκη το καθημερινό παιχνίδι. Σε γενικές γραμμές ήσυχος και διακριτικός γατούλης που του αρέσει να βρίσκεται απλά στο χώρο μαζί σου για παρέα, αρκετά ανεξάρτητος, θέλει το δικό του χώρο οπότε ξέρει αυτός μόνος του πότε θα ζητήσει χαδάκια. Piggy is 3.5 years old and is quite simply an absolute sweetheart. With her gorgeous fur and stunning green eyes, she is a true beauty on the outside, but her personality is what will truly steal your heart. She is exceptionally friendly with both children and adults, bringing warmth and joy to everyone she meets. Because she has grown up alongside a dog, she is also completely comfortable and harmonious around canine friends!

She is a playful, affectionate soul who adores fun games, gentle cuddles, and soaking up all the attention and pets you can give her. Piggy thrives on companionship and loves feeling safe and close to her humans in fact, she is used to sleeping right in bed with her person for the ultimate cozy nights!
