Our Branch Chairman is currently participating in the ongoing high-level Board Orientation Meeting organized by the IFRC Dakar Cluster.

The orientation aims to equip regional chairpersons and leaders with the knowledge, skills, and leadership capacity required to spearhead their regional affairs effectively and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the National Society within the Movement.

We extend our best wishes to him for a successful and impactful orientation, as well as a meaningful conclusion to the meeting.

On this special day, as a region, we join the rest of the world in commemorating the founder, Henry Dunant, for his tireless efforts, selfless sacrifices, and unwavering commitment to humanity, which led to the establishment of this wonderful humanitarian organization we proudly serve today.

We also take this opportunity to celebrate our gallant volunteers for their remarkable contributions, dedication, and sacrifices in the service of humanity as we continue to stand united in humanity.

As today marks a remarkable day in our movement, we reflect on the wonderful contribution of Henry Dunant in promoting humanity and making every human life valued and respected.

“United in humanity” remains the best way to eradicate the atrocities happening around the world. We are all one people, and together we become a stronger force for peace, compassion, and hope. Divided, humanity falls astray.

On this World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day, we celebrate and honor all the dedicated, selfless, and hardworking volunteers across the globe whose sacrifices continue to save lives and bring hope to communities.

The Youth Executives of the LRR Red Cross Branch have successfully completed their annual Iftar charity activity yesterday at Soma Garage.

The event was hosted at the residence of our Youth Area Representative Salima in Darusalam, where we came together in the spirit of compassion, unity, and service to humanity.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed in one way or another towards the success of this meaningful initiative. Your generosity, time, and support made a significant impact and truly embodied the values of humanity and kindness.

May Allah reward you all abundantly, accept your good deeds, and continue to bless you with good health, prosperity, and long life.

The Regional Youth Executive is pleased to inform you that we are organizing a Regional Iftar scheduled to take place on 15th March at Soma Garage.

This initiative is aimed at providing Iftar support to travelers and commuters on the road, while promoting unity, kindness, compassion, and service to our community during this blessed month of Ramadan.

As many travelers may not reach their destinations in time to break their fast, this gesture seeks to ensure that no one is left without something to eat at the time of Iftar.
To successfully implement this noble initiative, we humbly appeal for your generous support.

Contributions in cash or kind (such as water, dates, food items, or other refreshments) will be highly appreciated. No donation is too small every contribution will go a long way in helping us serve those in need and strengthen the spirit of togetherness in our region.

Your support will not only assist our volunteers but will also bring smiles and relief to many fasting travelers.
