Industrial Attachment Monitoring Visit
On 11 May 2026, the instructional team from GambiaPartner Skill Centre conducted a series of comprehensive site visits to monitor our students currently on industrial attachment. These visits are a critical component of our technical and vocational education and training (TVET) framework, ensuring that our trainees maintain the highest standards of practical competency
Objectives of the Visit:
The primary focus of this exercise was to evaluate student performance in real-world professional environments. During the visit, our teachers engaged in formal consultations with site supervisors to:

Assess Technical Proficiency: Reviewing the hands-on skills demonstrated by students in their respective trades.

Verify Professional Conduct: Gathering feedback on attendance,discipline,and adherence to safety protocols

Strengthen Industry Links: Collaborating with supervisors to ensure our curriculum remains aligned with current industry demands
Departments Evaluated: we are pleased to report on the progress of students across three core technical departments
Electrical Installation: students were observed managing complex distribution boards and domestic wiring systems. Congratulations: Trainees were active on-site participating in structural developments and infrastructure projects.
Plumbing: teachers monitored students working on essential resource infrastructure, including pumping systems and borehole installations
At GambiaPartner, we believe that direct communication with industry supervisors is the best way to ensure our students are job-ready, The feedback received on 11th May well be used to further refine our practical instruction and student evaluations.
