CMAC Africa Youths
*Preamble*
We, the young members of CMAC Africa, unite to promote innovation, creativity, and technological advancement in Africa. Our mission is to empower African youths through coding and robotics, fostering a community of young leaders who drive positive change.
*Article I: Purpose and Objectives*
- Promote coding and robotics skills among African youths
- Foster innovation, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Encourage collaboration, teamwork, and knowledge sharing
- Develop young leaders who drive positive change in their communities
*Article II: Membership*
- Membership is open to African youths aged 5-18 years
- Members are expected to participate in CMAC activities, competitions, and workshops
- Members will adhere to the organization's code of conduct and rules
*Article III: Structure*
- *National Committee*: oversee national-level competitions, events, and initiatives
- *Regional Chapters*: manage regional activities, workshops, and competitions
- *School Chapters*: promote CMAC activities and initiatives in schools
*Article IV: Activities and Initiatives*
- *Competitions*: organize coding and robotics competitions for members
- *Workshops*: provide training and mentorship to members
- *Community Projects*: implement projects that apply coding and robotics skills to real-world problems
*Article V: Funding*
- *Registration Fees*: members pay fees to participate in competitions and events
- *Sponsorships*: seek funding from organizations and individuals to support activities
- *Grants*: apply for grants from governments, foundations, and institutions
*Article VI: Governance*
- *Board of Trustees*: oversee the organization's strategy, finances, and operations
- *Executive Committee*: manage day-to-day activities and implement decisions
*Article VII: Amendments*
- This constitution can be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the National Committee
- Proposed amendments will be circulated to members for feedback and recommendations.
