FUNDED BY EU GREEN Gambia ERASMUS + Project a consortium of Ministry of youth an Sports through Gambia Songhai Initiative (GSI), Gambia College, CINOP BV Netherlands and Liceul Tehnologic Hirlau Romania are piloting a short-term training on eco tourism, food processing, entrepreneurship and job readiness to promote youth employability

A total of twenty (20) student at each site GSI and UEG are currently undergoing the training.
The training is expected to last for 3 months including 3 weeks internships to potential eco tourism and food processing stakeholders

Practical classes during food processing included super cereal, cat fish smoking and mango juice
