IN MEMORY OF AMADOU SILLAH (MOVE)

This is more than a football game, it is beyond an ordinary remembrance. This is a reflection of what the great hero and legend Amadou Sillah, has done for both communities.

Amadou who was a father, son, brother and a colleague to many within these communities, was so much attached to youthful and community development engagements for the betterment of his people and community.
We call on all natives of Basse and URR at large to join us share condolences to the family and friends of Amadou.

Let us make the football match a memorable one and always remember Amadou in our prayers, that the Lord will forgive his shortcomings and continue to grant him peace hereafter.

Your event is here. The people’s event is back again.

It’s been a while since the last time we hit the road with ambiance, culture and vibe. MSK is reviving the energy back to where it all began. This December will be a historic one for the future history books, as preparations are gearing up for the spicy event.

As more information would be coming ahead, inform your family members, your friends and colleagues that December in Basse is going to be extreme fun beyond fun🤩.
A carnival you’ve never seen or attended in Basse before is underway, stay tuned as we share more updates on the preparations.

*EXCITING NEWS🥳*

The youngest star, Buba Touray of our community football team, Rising Stars Football Club won the SJAG-URR and BDSC player of the week award.

Buba made an outstanding performance in the team’s second group stage game against Bena Basse, by creating a penalty which was converted to a goal and as well scored Rising Stars’ second goal which led the team to victory against the 2023 champions, Bena Basse Football Academy.

SENDING HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES TO FATOTO FOOTBALL TEAM

Rising Stars Football Club is sending its heartfelt condolences to the entire community and football club of Fatoto, following the tragic accident involving their team while returning from a nawetan game on Monday.

We are with you through this difficult moment, and wish all those that are injured a quick recovery and may all of them get back to their families safe and sound.

May the soul of those lost rest in eternal peace, and May Allah grant them Jannah.🕊️🤲

EXCITING NEWSℹ️

We are very happy to have received a donation of football gears from a native of our community, Mr. Mamudou Sonko.
The materials Mr Sonko brought for MSK includes 16 pairs of jerseys(including socks), 16 pairs of protective pads, 2 balls, 50 cones and some other materials that would help ease the difficulties we face during training.

We are honored, for this great gesture will surely go a long way in making our football activities easy and as well make our appearance for matches even more beautiful and colorful.

MSK MOURNS A HERO

The MSK community regrets to announce the death of Amadou Sillah alias Move.

Amadou was a very dedicated individual with passion for community development, especially in the youth sector. Amadou who was a kind and lovely husband, father, son, brother, uncle and a colleague to so many, gave his best in what we call giving back to your community. As the former president of this noble association, he delivered tremendous efforts to uplift the status of the association and its membership. Just like he loved and cared for everyone, Amadou was loved and cherished by every single soul he worked with due to how dedicated and committed he was.
We share our condolences with his family, friends, colleagues and the MSK community.

At this point, all we seek are prayers that Allah may forgive his shortcomings. May Allah grant him peace hereafter.

THE STREETS ARE CLEAN

As we say, health is wealth.
The young people of MSK took up the responsibility to begin the year 2025 with a cleaning exercise within MSK. The exercise which was done to keep our streets clean from dirt and also to prevent ourselves from contacting diseases that are environmentally friendly, attracted young people to show commitment and hard work towards the course of the activity.

With all smiles, the young people were so much happy with the outcome of the exercise after seeing the beauty of the work they’ve done.
This activity will be carried out once in every month to improve the condition of our environments and to as well provide more clean and conducive spaces for everyone to live healthily.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

It was New Year’s Eve and we had to grace the occasion with a befitting crossing over to 2025.

With an invitation from the Basse Town Development Committee, our vibrant youths gave a very entertaining display of cultural songs and dances.

As it is our responsibility to contribute in nation building, our youths who came out in larger numbers were dressed in their black T. Shirts to symbolize their uniformity and support the TDC for initiating an activity of this kind.
We opened the program with a performance that attracted audience to show up at the event.
We want to thank the TDC for having us and we hope to be on board to contribute more in developing our community.

MSK IS BACK WITH BALLING

The Rising Stars Football Club faced Bansang Angal Futa Football Club in a friendly match. The entertaining match which ended with a thrilling five goals got MSK winning with the score line, 3-2 💫.
