We the noble and humble association thrilled to announce the departure of our able president (Mahamadou Sissoko) to spend holy month of Ramadan in Saudi with his mother.

Tagadou Medeemandi Kafo Hold Regional Cultural Show

Tagadu Meedimandi Kafo is a charitable organisation headquartered in Churchill's Town.

On the 8th day of October 2023, the organization hold its first grand meeting and cultural show in the village of Allunhareh in the Upper River Region were all the sorrounding villages attended and showcased the rich culture of Tago.

Performed at the event were men and women boys and girls who performed to the satisfactions of the audience.

In attendance were the organization's executive members, village Alkalolu of the surrounding villages, various organizations and invited quests from government and non governmental organizations.

Tagadou Medeemadi Kafo, will be organising its official launching on 23 December 2023 at Sir Dawda Kairaba Jawara Conference center were its expecting thousands of members and non members to attend it.

Tagadu Medeemadi Kafo's main objective is to establish, maintain and promote Tagaaxu.

To promote Soninke culture and and the TAGO heritage of Gold and Silversmits, Black Smiths and Pottery Weaving and other traditional cottages industries through cultural programs and activities of training and development, and the establishment and promotion of best practices standards and guidelines.

Provide expert information on the TAGO traditions, training, and assistance to rural and marginalised communities.
Enhance the reputation of the TAGO traditional knowledge and cooperative endeavors by communicating their contribution to economic and social progress.

Delegation was facilitated by the President Muhammed Ceesay Sissoho and the delegates was lead by Muhammed Cham aka M k cham assistant coordinator, papa Gerew Mobiliser and Muhammed Gerew Assistant PRO and Acting Marketing Chairman.

Jeunesse France grand meeting in Paris.

Was Saturday, 27 of May 2023 in France, Paris where TMK kafo jeunesse France held their annual meeting. It was occasion that aims to will bring unity and share divergent ideas of improving and promoting cultures of tagaaxu.

This jeunesse France under TMK medeemandi kafo contributes eminently by extending the aims and objectives of the association.

Under the leadership of Sanday Sinera the chairlady , Bintou Cham, Rabiatou Sissoho, kanku Touray, Satou Sahoneh, Mariam Sinera, Masiga Sinera, Zanaib Sinera and Mariam konteh have done extensively great to the success of the meeting.

Therefore, representative from United States of America asserted on her speech that, being born and raised in western countries will not defined them but they are defined by their culture and traditions as their identity. Awa Show how proud and excited the love culture and act of blacksmith,gold Smith and metalsmith.

We aims that we the youths of America will contributes by given sponsores and scholarships to hardworking students in order to further their education in both English and Arabic to another level. Will also continue strengthening our efforts of building skills centre in the Gambia soon. We are sad and shocked seeing our brothers and sisters using backway journey to search greener pastures. We have to end now by providing meaningful supports. She concluded by challenging us to be united and work collectively.
