We are currently in need of Chainsaws for hire for the day. Anyone who can assist or has information on availability is kindly requested to contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

BIDF Annual Ramadan Iftar & Food Distribution | 2026 Update

On Friday, March 6, 2026, we once again demonstrated our strong commitment to community welfare during the blessed month of Ramadan by distributing over D150,000 worth of essential food supplies to the people of Bakau.

The food distribution included bags of rice, cooking oil, and sugar, benefiting over 85 individuals, mainly the widows, orphans, Imams, and other vulnerable members of the community. This initiative aimed to ease the burden on families and ensure that those in need could also share in the blessings of Ramadan.

We extend our profound gratitude to all members, donors, and contributors whose generous support made this initiative possible. Your kindness continues to bring hope and relief to many in our community.

We remains committed to strengthening community support and continuing our humanitarian efforts beyond the Ramadan period, in line with our mission of serving humanity and promoting compassion and unity.

Foundation Update | Executive Meeting Highlights

Our executive members met last night, Wednesday 4th to discuss and finalize plans for the Annual Islamic Conference, scheduled to take place Friday, February 13, 2026, as well as the Charity Event during the holy month of Ramadan.

The Foundation remains committed to its core mission of serving humanity and strengthening the community. Our ongoing and future efforts include:

Supporting vulnerable individuals and families, including orphans, widows, the poor, disaster victims, and Imams.

Assisting mosques and Islamic schools.
Promoting Islamic knowledge, culture, norms, and values.
Fostering peace, tolerance, and unity within the community.
Visiting homes, clinics, and hospitals to offer prayers and goodwill to the sick
