We were honoured to coordinate the Microsoft Certified Trainers Summit (and networking sessions) held last month in Accra — and what an exceptional experience it was for us!

From volunteer recruitment and management to supporting visa facilitation for international guests, logistics planning, vendor coordination, and full event operations, we ensured that every detail aligned seamlessly with the organisers’ vision.

With 150+ participants representing Francophone and Anglophone Africa, North America, the UK, and beyond, the two-day summit delivered impactful insights, dynamic plenaries and breakout sessions, and rich networking moments.

Seeing months of strategic planning come together effortlessly was a fulfilling reminder of why we do what we do.

We were privileged to lead the on-ground coordination of the first-ever Dynamics User Group (DUG) West Africa Convention in Accra — and it was truly historic!

Our team handled volunteer recruitment, briefing, and management, foreign guest support, accommodation and itinerary planning, as well as the organization of a local post-event tour. With 285 attendees from across Africa — including Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria — the day was filled with insight, connection, and energy, from inspiring speaker sessions and breakout workshops to vibrant networking moments.

On the day, we managed the on-ground logistics & media support, foreign delegate support, volunteer coordination, and guests arrival and registration, working closely with an incredible cross-border DUG team based in the USA. Two of our favorite highlights? Hosting the lively closing raffle draw and curating a local tour experience to showcase a bit of Ghana’s warmth and beauty.

We’re proud to say the program was a huge success — and the feedback pouring in has been truly heartwarming. Grateful to God, the DUG Ghana Meetup team, and FredExcel Consult for the opportunity. This experience was a reminder of how impactful thoughtful coordination and logistics can be in creating memorable events.
