Our recent Youth Leadership workshop took place on Wednesday 25th March at Regal Hotel. About 30 youths gained practical skills on Leadership ethics, public speaking and organizational behaviors. We were privileged to have three different wonderful leaders to speak on these topics; Prof Alhassan Musah, Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam and Miss Molly Maalinuo Daasoberi.

We believe that high-efficiency leadership is the backbone of sustainable progress in Northern Ghana. From mastering Public Speaking to understanding Organizational Behavior and Leadership Ethics, these student leaders proved that the future of our nation is in capable hands.

The various sessions were full of lessons and fun. The participants
had hands-on simulations, networking and insightful sessions. It was a day to remember. Participants left with new connections, renewed passion and tools to lead with integrity.

The Sabare community in Zabzugu District now has better access to quality healthcare, thanks to our support!

THE IMPACT:
🏥 Healthcare workers can now diagnose and treat patients effectively
👶 Pregnant women will deliver safely with proper equipment
💪 Children will receive better medical attention
⏱ Lives will be saved through improved healthcare delivery

DONATION:
We provided 73 essential medical items including:

Delivery & patient beds
Medical diagnostic equipment (BP machines, glucometers, thermometers)
Personal protective equipment
Sanitation supplies

💫FIELD VISIT TO SABARE CHPS FACILITY | ZABZUGU DISTRICT 💫

💧 The Anta Next Gen Foundation team embarked on a crucial assessment visit to the Sabare Community Health Planning and Services (CHPS) facility in the Zabzugu District. What we discovered was both inspiring and concerning.THE REALITY ON THE GROUND 💔
This small but vital health facility serves approximately 9,000 people across 17 communities, yet operates under incredibly challenging conditions:
🏥 No washroom facilities for staff or patients
💧 No water supply at service delivery points
🛏 Insufficient beds and overcrowded spaces
📋 Patient records kept in exercise books instead of proper folders
🏍 Non-functional motorcycle limiting emergency response
🌡 No refrigerator for vaccine storage
⚕ Critical shortage of basic medical equipment - BP machines, glucometers, weighing scales
🧤 Inadequate PPEs and poor waste management systems

BUT HERE'S THE INSPIRING PART ✨

Despite these overwhelming challenges, we met incredibly dedicated healthcare workers who show up every single day to serve their community. We witnessed a Community Health Management Team (CHMT) that has taken initiative—building shelves, extending the records room, and actively participating in facility improvements.
The facility in-charge shared their ongoing sensitization efforts to get the community more involved in the upkeep of their health center. This is community resilience at its finest! 💪
