WORLD RURAL WOMEN'S DAY.

In observance of this day, the women of VUGU in the Kumbungu District of the Northern Region presented a captivating cultural dance at the durber at VUGU chief palace.

The women also exhibited several activities that they undertake to contribute to the well-being of their families and the community. These women engage in the processing of Shea butter, farming, and other economic activities.

The women acknowledged SIGRA Ghana and other organizations' involvement in the success story of climate change adaptation programs and the women's involvement in decision-making policies in society.

SIA says "if it does not attract insects and worms, it must not attract humans"

As we head to educating and empowering society on climate change adaptation, Social Impact Action - SIA wish to share a piece of awareness with you this moment.

Using inorganic substances as weedicides and pesticides and fertilizers are harmful to the human system and to the environment. This create imbalance ecosystem and causing dangerous diseases both in human and life stocks while destroying our lands.

Using organic substances like manure and compost amongst others to manage your farm is healthy and promote a quality ecosystem for all.
