NOYED-Ghana and other partners in the health sector participated in a one-day sensitization workshop for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) working in the health sector in Northern Ghana. The event was organized by Songtaba, in collaboration with the Coalition in Public Health Advocacy (CAPHA), and held under the “Nourishing Futures: Advocacy to Secure Funding for Maternal and Child Nutrition in Ghana” project.

The workshop focused on developing innovative strategies for enhancing government commitment and funding for maternal and child nutrition (MCN). Participants also explored ways to strengthen coordination and evidence-based advocacy among CSOs, addressing the current fragmented efforts in the sector.

By the close of the session, participants had prioritized key maternal and child nutrition activities and established a collaborative network to promote knowledge sharing, learning, and joint action.

This week, NOYED-Ghana proudly participated in the four days Norsaac Conference (NORGHA) 2025, a powerful platform dedicated to empowering and engaging young people across Northern Ghana.

Through interactive breakout sessions, our team joined hundreds of youth in exploring critical issues affecting adolescents/ youth, engaged and empowered youth on Sexual, Reproductive and Health Rights (SRHR) and skill development of youth.

Special appreciation to Norsaac for convening such a transformative space for youth empowerment and dialogue. Together, we are shaping a future where every young person is heard, supported, and inspired.
