A greeting usually marks the beginning.

Perhaps that is exactly how we should close this series.

Over the past several weeks, we have shared the story of The Office of Zosimli Naa® March–April 2026 Official Royal Working Visit.

What we listened to, learned, strengthened, and accelerated across Dagbon and Northern Ghana.

"What can we create together that has the power to transform what none of us can do alone?"

With a strong set of strategic direction, strong leadership and collaboration, the possibilities are limitless.

A strategic plan does more than set priorities.

It signals intent.

It says clearly: this is where we are going, what we value, and how we intend to get there—together.

The Dagbon Strategic Development Plan 2022–2032 is that kind of roadmap.

Under the authority of the Dagbon Traditional Council, commissioned by the His Royal Majesty Yaa Naa the late Abukari II, and completed in March 2022, the Plan organizes the Kingdom’s development vision around Four pillars:

1. United Dagbon
2. Inclusive & Empowered Dagbon
3. Economic & Productive Dagbon
4. Culturally Attractive Dagbon

Together, they point take us beyond a portfolio of projects or programs. They are guideposts to a future where peace and social cohesion are the foundation for progress; people have greater access to education, health, and opportunity; enterprise and agriculture become engines of shared prosperity; and culture is protected while also serving as an asset for development, identity, tourism, and connection.

Dagbon’s story is not only one of heritage dating back to the 1500's. It is also a story of peace, modernization, and deliberate development.

That matters to us at The Office of Zosimli Naa.

Through our work across education and leadership, health and wellbeing, business and innovation, and culture and community, we are intentionally aligning our efforts with the priorities of the Kingdom.

You may have noticed that alignment in our recent impact posts.

Now, we are zooming in on the vision behind it.

In October 2022, His Royal Majesty the Yaa Naa and Overlord the late Abukari II placed the Strategic Plan in the hands of HRH Zosimli Naa Ife Bell. Since then, it has our roadmap for success for our Office.

Where relationships become infrastructure, and
infrastructure becomes
investment-ready impact!

That is why TOZN took the initiative to commission these visual renderings of the four strategic pillars.

The Plan is robust and detailed. By elevating its core pillars into an accessible visual framework, our aim is to facilitate more people and institutions understanding of the Kingdom direction—without attempting to replace, revise, or reproduce the full Plan.

The language describing each pillar is taken verbatim from the Plan, with the relevant source pages noted.

These graphics are meant to serve as a pathway: to learn more, ask better questions, and align to the bigger picture.

Because sustainable progress happens when programs, institutions, investments, and partnerships reinforce a shared direction.

Our royal mandate is not only to do good work, it is also to elevate the vision, increase awareness, strengthen advocacy, and connect more people to what is possible.

The Office of Zosimli Naa is honored to be apart of the movement.

For the good of the whole, these visuals are being made available for 'open-source' use for the benefit of the whole.

What becomes possible when we actively make 'Her Tomorrow' our collective responsibility?

Launched in 2024, Her Tomorrow is The Office of Zosimli Naa® movement, advancing opportunities for women and girls across Ghana, the United States, and around the world.

Supported by a group of Special Envoys, volunteer leaders, and partners who believe this work is required to be done by all of us.

During our recent Spring '26 Official Royal Visit in Ghana, 400+ women and girls were engaged through leadership development, mentoring moments, listening, maternal health equity efforts, and cultivating economic opportunity.

From classrooms and leadership spaces to health facilities and the shea fruit value chain, these strategically aligned engagements reflect our broader commitment to: creating the conditions for women and girls to lead, thrive, and build prosperous futures.

Our work aligns with the Dagbon Kingdom Strategic Plans guiding principle of "empowering women and girls."

And the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #5: Gender Equality.

Because HER TOMORROW is Our collective responsibility.

WHAT WE HEARD | Insights from the Agricultural Ecosystem

What happens when you bring the people closest to Northern Ghana's agricultural economy to one table and listen?

During The Office of Zosimli Naa® Agricultural Business Roundtable Convening, 40 leaders and stakeholders representing agribusiness, government, associations, research, enterprise, processing and community leadership shared what they are seeing, what is working, and what is needed to advance the region's agricultural economy.

A clear picture emerged:

✅️ Northern Ghana has assets to build upon.
✅️ Viable enterprises already exist.
✅️ Entrepreneurs have ambition.
✅️ Agricultural products and value chains have growth potential.
⏏️ But potential and investment readiness are not the same thing.

Stakeholders identified important opportunities around:

⏭️ Production capacity,
⏭️ Market access and promotion
⏭️ Storage, certification and compliance
⏭️ Business development, logistics, investment readiness, and shared infrastructure.

They also challenged us to go beyond isolated interventions.

What if infrastructure could serve multiple enterprises?

What if Northern Ghanaian products were intentionally positioned as premier choices in Ghana and beyond?

What if business, government, universities, traditional leadership, investors, development partners, and the diaspora worked from a more connected strategy?

That is where The Power of WE activates.

TOZN's our role is to Convene, Connect, Listen, Cultivate relationships, and help move what we learn toward Collaborative action.

Part 4 | Cultivating Today's Agriculture. Harvesting Tomorrow's Prosperity.

Agriculture is one of Northern Ghana's greatest strategic assets.

It has the potential to strengthen food security, create jobs, empower entrepreneurs, grow local industries, and position the region as a globally competitive destination for investment and trade.

During the 2026 Official Royal Working Visit, Her Royal Highness Zosimli Naa convened the TOZN Agricultural Business Roundtable, bringing together more than 40 cross-sector stakeholders representing government, agriculture, agribusiness, manufacturing, research, and community leadership.

Our goal was simple:
Listen. Learn. Build together.

Insights from the Ecosystem:
The dialogue highlighted several priorities for advancing Northern Ghana's agricultural economy:
📍Position products from Northern Ghana as premier choices across Ghana and global markets through sustained marketing and promotion.
📍Strengthen value-added processing, storage, logistics, and export readiness to retain more economic value within the region.
📍Advance the cargo, storage, and logistics infrastructure connected to the Tamale International Airport to support trade, exports, and investment readiness.
📍Continue building stronger collaboration among traditional leadership, government, business, academia, development partners, investors, and the diaspora.

The present day Northern Ghana is rich with opportunity.
The next step is alignment, partnership, and action.

"Children are the living messages we send to a time we will not see."

Did you know the average age in Tamale is 25 years. In Africa it's 30 years.

Tomorrow starts today. Well done Your Highness.

A Kingdom becomes truly great when its children are taught to respect their culture, pursue knowledge, and dream beyond limitations. By opening the Palace to these young learners, His Royal Highness once again demonstrated that the Palace is not only the custodian of our customs but also a home where wisdom is passed from one generation to the next.
Every child seated before the throne carries a dream. Among them are future chiefs, doctors, engineers, pilots, teachers, judges, scholars, and leaders who will one day write new chapters in the history of Dagbon. The responsibility we bear today is to nurture them with knowledge, discipline, and good values.
May Allah bless every child present, grant them wisdom, protect their future, and raise them into men and women who will bring honour to their families, Choggu, Dagbon, Ghana, and the world. The strength of tomorrow's Kingdom begins with the education of today's child.

As the people of Dagbon Kingdom prepares for the enskinment of the Regent, The Office of Zosimli Naa remains steadfast in its duty to the people of Dagbon, the Chiefs, Elders and the Gbewaa Palace and the Royal Family of Dagbon during this sacred period of mourning and transition.

We are grateful to our delegation members of Elders and our Team representing the Office guided by the Saba Naa of The Gulkpenaa Palace. Executing with grace, loyalty, and service.

Together, we mourn.
Together, we uplift.
Together, we rise.
Together, we step forward into history as one united Dagbon.

Today, The Office of Zosimli Naa®️ is honored to celebrate the City of Cincinnati's proclamation recognizing July 30, 2026, as International Friendship Day.

We are grateful to Mayor Aftab Pureval and the City Of Cincinnati Government for proclimation recognizing that friendship is more than a personal relationship but as a powerful force for building trust, belonging, mutual understanding, and stronger communities.

The Office of Zosimli Naa®️ is honored to be one of the many organizations intentionally cultivating friendship through leadership, cultural exchange, community conversations, and international partnerships.

We believe that when people build authentic relationships across neighborhoods, cultures, and countries, they create the foundation for stronger communities and a more peaceful world.

This proclamation belongs to everyone who believes in the power of connection and has helped build bridges across cultures.
