Beyond the final whistle: Securing a lifelong victory for over 450 young footballers!

We have officially held our Introductory Workshop for new footballers and partner clubs under PLAN B Phase III, bringing together over 450 young athletes, 20 esteemed dignitaries, and our dedicated team of Expert Desk advisors.

The workshop served as a gateway into the program, introducing players to the holistic support system awaiting them from career counselling and health & wellbeing to legal guidance and scholarships.

One powerful message from one dignitary resonated throughout the entire day:

"There is always life after sports."

These words served as a powerful reminder to every young player in attendance: your talent on the field is incredible, but your potential off the field is limitless.

A massive thank you to all the club representatives, guests, and experts who came out to show our young athletes that they are never walking this journey alone.

We are leaving "No one Behind" as we are working with multiple Pathways for 10s and 100s of young footballers in our Plan-B-Club programme.

The Plan B team recently visited Vision F.C., a professional football club in Tamale, to conduct data collection for the upcoming Phase III of the Plan B program. This effort is part of our goal to register 500 young football professionals, aged 15–35, for our next phase.

We are dedicated to ensuring that young athletes secure a sustainable future, both on and off the pitch, regardless of their career trajectory. We look forward to visiting more clubs as we work to meet our objective.
