Tema Youth Academy A centre where young footballers are thought, developed and learned skills in the classroom and on the field to become professionals.

It's in partnership with TEMA YOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB The Stars Sports Academy is non-profit organization and was established in November 2014. It is operating in Ayetepa-Lotsubuer-Ningo in the Ningo-Prampram district in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. Presently, the academy players are non-residential. They always come to train from their various homes. Therefore the need for housing them is our m

ajor consent. Premier club reaching into early childhood. Therefore Stars Sports Academy would be participating in the third division league to be organized by Ghana Football Association in year 2015. Stars Sports Academy aims to provide an interesting, existing and health sports experience for the youth in Ghana and the world as a whole. At the same time, we would develop and enhance their skills and passion for the game in such a way that it translate into success both on and off the field.

A Mighty Tree Has Fallen – Rest in Peace, James Lamina

Tema is cloaked in darkness. The football community, particularly in Tema and its environs, has been hit hard by the heartbreaking news of the passing of a cherished figure.

With deep sorrow, we acknowledge the passing of James Lamina, former Head of Operations at Tema Youth Sporting Club affectionately known as Borgey. His dedication to youth development, leadership, and commitment to the beautiful game will never be forgotten.

In these moments, we respectfully allow the family the space and time to share more details in due course.

May his soul rest in perfect peace.
