• The Local Executives of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Nsawam, Nana Kwamena Ansah I, to express their appreciation for honoring their invitation to an End-of-Year Praise and Thanksgiving Service for teachers in Nsawam, held on 12th December 2025.
• Nana reaffirmed his strong commitment to education and discipline in schools within Nsawam.
• He also shared his vision of establishing a TVET institution in Nsawam, where learners can develop their skills and knowledge in Technology Education.
• Nana expressed concern about the misuse of mobile phones by learners for activities unrelated to the school curriculum and urged the Association to find ways to help curb the practice.
• He officially informed and invited the Executives to a programme scheduled for 26th and 27th December, aimed at bringing the people of Nsawam together to reunite and have fun.
• The visiting team assured Nana of their full support for his noble intentions and initiatives to make Nsawam a happy and conducive place to live.
