From community outreaches to health education and mentorship and empowerment the journey has been nothing short of purposeful.

🎈Over 1000+ adolescents and young women mentored and empowered
🎈Over 200 adolescents (both boys and girls) received health education and awareness on menstrual hygiene
🎈My voice have reached over 25 countries globally;Boston, Canada, Italy, Tanzania,South Africa etc
🎈Global recognition as a global speaker
🎈Recognition from Mastercard Foundation and KNUST and featured on their website
🎈Over 10 virtual and in persons public speaking sessions on health education and mentorship and leadership
🎈Project on menstrual hygiene day on 28/5/2025 and another coming soon on 28/5/2026
🎈SheCares Foundation Padbank launched and another coming soon
🎈SheLeads Mentorship Program (Cohort 1.0) launched for 8 weeks in January with a cohort of 20 young women ;18 from Ghana, a Nigerian and a Uganda
🎈Focused mentorship and empowerment for over 20 pregnant/nursing adolescents

Welcome to SheCares Foundation – The Hands That Care!

We’re thrilled to have you here! SheCares Foundation is dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of adolescents, children, and women through education, outreach, advocacy, and mentorship. From promoting menstrual hygiene and supporting adolescent expectant mothers, to empowering young people with vital health knowledge, our mission is to expand access to essential care in underserved communities.

📌One of our key initiatives, the Pad Bank, provides sanitary pads to girls who may not have regular access, helping reduce period poverty, boost confidence, and keep young girls in school.

🤝 We welcome partnerships and collaborations! If you want a health education program for your school, church, or organization, we are ready to engage and support your community.
