On Thursday, December 18, 2025, Women’s Health to Wealth successfully handed over four (4) institutional WASH facilities, valued at GHS 410,685.20, to four Junior High Schools in the Ahafo Ano South West District, Ashanti Region.
Each facility includes a 4-seater KVIP toilet, a changing room, and a 250-gallon water tank with handwashing points, benefiting students of Mankranso D/A B JHS, Kunsu Camp JHS, Mpasaaso St. Peters JHS, and Wioso St. Peters JHS.
These facilities will help reduce absenteeism caused by water- and sanitation-related illnesses, improve student dignity and well-being, and create safer, healthier learning environments. The intervention directly supports the achievement of SDGs 4 and 6, promoting access to quality education, safe water, sanitation, and hygiene for all by 2030.
🙏 Our heartfelt appreciation to our partners, Americares, for supporting this impactful initiative and helping us build healthier schools and brighter futures for our boys and girls.
